95 Aid Packages were handed over to women and children affected by Covid-19 in Siak

News24xx.com - The Women Empowerment Service for Child Protection for Population and Family Disaster Control of Riau Province, distributed 95 specific assistance packages for women and children affected by Covid-19 sufferers in Siak Regency.

The package assistance was received directly by Acting Secretary Siak Jamaludin from the Head of the Riau Provincial Service, Tengku Hidayati Effiza, and distributed symbolically to specific recipients of women, children and the elderly, at the Covid-19 Task Force Handling Command Post for the Siak Regional Government.

Acting Regional Secretary Siak Jamaludin in his remarks conveyed his highest thanks and appreciation to the Riau Provincial Office, who had championed the specific assistance of women and children affected by Covid-19 in Siak Regency.

"This means that those affected are people who are affected by the existence of Covid-19, whose income usually can meet their needs, but because Covid, which has been running for about four months, is still an epidemic for us," he said.

With the assistance from this center, continued Jamal, thanks be to Allah SWT and the Riau Provincial Office, who have allocated and distributed 95 packages of aid for Siak Regency.

Meanwhile, Head of the Women Empowerment Service for Child Protection for Population and Family Disaster Control of Riau Province, Tengku Hidayati Effiza, said that his presence was to convey assistance from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia.

"This assistance from the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Central Child Protection, was given to the Riau Provincial Government through the Riau Province P3AP2KB Service with a total of 950 packages throughout Riau. Hidayati further explained, this assistance is classified according to age, for children, adult women, and the elderly.
