Barbaric, the Tomb of Caliph Umar Demolished and His Body was Kidnapped by Militia in Syria

Barbaric, a pro-Syrian militia troop Bashar al-Assad is alleged to have dismantled the tomb of Caliph Umar bin Abdulaziz and kidnapped his body.

In the recording the condition of the tomb has been seen falling apart, it appears that a large ex-digging hole in the middle of the tomb of Caliph Umar and no longer visible bodies and remains of the caliph's body known for his kindness in the grave.

Not only that, all the tombs around the tomb of Caliph Umar were also found in the same condition. But no one knows where the great-grandson's body from Caliph Umar bin Khatab was taken by pro-Assad militia.

Khalifah Umar's funeral complex is in the village of Deyr Sharkimex, Maarat Al Noman, in Idlib Province. This is not the first time the tomb of Caliph Umar was targeted by the Assad regime, in February 2020, Assad even sent his war generals to damage and burn buildings around the cemetery complex.
