As seen by AFP, in the video seen gray hair men guzzling fresh cow blood. The people around him were astonished by the reckless action.

The incident apparently took place in Kampung Seni, Jayawaras Village, Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency, West Java. One of the residents of Kampung Seni confirmed this.
