Chairperson of the Miscellaneous Industrial Workers Union of the Indonesian Metal Workers Union PT. Langgam Inti Hibrindo Samsul Bahri said, "Salaries and Holiday Allowances have not been paid. Since last year, the Labor Health Social Security Administration Agency has been deducted from salary but not paid. "The Social Security Organizing Agency for health is also not activated, but it is still cut every month since 2017," he explained.

Samsul also revealed that PT. Langgam Inti Hibrindo is late paying the workers' normative rights and seems to be unwilling to be responsible to its employees.

As a form of tolerance and a sense of belonging to the employees, Samsul added, they were willing to accept PT. Langgam Inti Hibrindo, which asks for postponement of payments for employee matters, until June 16, 2020

"In fact, management is lying. Asked when, there is no clarity. Very unprofessional responsibility. So we decided to stop the production of the company, until our rights were issued," he said.

Public Relations PT. Langgam Inti Hibrindo, Yusman confirmed that the factory gate was closed by employees of the company. "Yes, the problem is they have not received salaries and holiday allowances," he said.

Now the employees of PT. Langgam Inti Hibrindo expects the Pelalawan District Government to intervene in resolving the issue.
